For over twenty years I’ve been helping life sciences companies, clinical-trial innovators, and pharma-tech organizations navigate transformation by leading product strategy, scaling go-to-market teams, and advising boards and investors on the technologies reshaping clinical trial operations.
I spent 12 years at Medidata Solutions in the commercial team during the high growth years as a public company, and the product team building what became the company’s Patient Experience & Decentralized Clinical Trial platform. From there, to Bristol Myers Squibb, where I ran Clinical Innovation and Change Management inside Global Development Operations - and then to Medable and Biofourmis, leading product strategy through to the acquisition of Biofourmis’s clinical-trials business by ActiGraph (now Signant Health).
Today, I sit in Digital Clinical Development at Sanofi. Here I lead all things data acquisition and integration of data and technology to cut drug development time in half and reduce the burden on clinical trial sites and patients.
The work has taught me one thing: the real outcome isn’t smarter systems or better processes - it’s trust. Leading with intention, listening like it matters (because it does), and creating change that respects both the science and the people it serves.
